OK, so not every picture can be the cutest one...
This one's a little better though.
Nancy & Sophie began Mom & Baby Yoga today. Nancy had done yoga throughout her pregnancy and found it extremely helpful. They both had a good time hanging out with other Mommys and babies and getting a little family exercise time.
