Today I begin a new and sure to be random series titled "Up On/Down On." The idea is extremely simple and short, so I'll get right to it.
UP ON
The Cubs beat the Brewers last night to extend their lead to 2 1/2 games in the pathetic NL Central.
DOWN ON
The Cardinals are charging hard and are now in second place, only 2 games back.
