Hurricane Ike is getting set to cause untold damage and hardship to the fine people of Houston, TX, after already causing serious harm to Cuba and Haiti, people who can ill afford to deal with this hardship. Hurricane season is peaking, with the gulf coast receiving an almost non-stop pounding over the past few weeks.
And what is on my mind?
The next two Cubs/Astros games are being postponed, with no definite answers as to when the games will be played or how this will affect the stretch run here in mid-September.
Have I officially lost my humanity and/or soul?
